I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing details
Items are sized to age or weight, with Cake Smash Rompers the height is the most important measurement to match to.
Each listing has a size chart included for reference but if you're unsure of the correct size to order please send me a convo first and I'll offer my advise.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are tissue wrapped as standard before being carefully packaged.
You can add a gift message at checkout, this will be printed on presentation paper stock and included at no extra cost.
Care instructions
All clothing has care labeling attached.
US Shipping
US shipping is via Royal Mail International Tracked Service for outfits, t-shirts, party sets & party hats - this has a 5-9 day delivery aim with full tracking for peace of mind. Finally delivery is carried out in the US by USPS.
UK P&P
Standard UK P&P is with Royal Mail 2nd Class - Signed For Service and can take up to 10 working days for delivery.
If you require your item to be received faster than this I offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day 1pm as an upgrade at checkout.
Designs
All the embroidery designs available in my store can be stitched onto any kind of fabric or outfit.
The characters rompers can also be made without numbers, on request.
Sizing details
Most of my outfits can be made from premmie/tiny baby sizing upward.
If you would like something in a size that isn't listed please message me to see if it's possible.
International Shipping
International shipping is with Royal Mail International Tracked for all outfits, t-shirts, party sets, party hats & high value accessories (bags, hoodies etc)
Small items - patches, socks, badges & wands are sent on a standard service to keep costs low - this service has no available tracking for the end customer though a proof of delivery is obtained. The option to upgrade to tracked or courier services is always available at checkout for additional peace of mind.
